Very good smooth process, but if you’re a Hong Kong citizens ans you didn’t register your card you cannot use Macau e pass you need to go through immigration.

Due to the typhoon, we were in a rush and booked a car to leave Macau before Typhoon No. 8. The customer service was very polite and helpful in arranging for us to get on the car immediately after the concert. The driver was also very good and polite, and made good arrangements for us to rush back to Hong Kong despite the strong wind and heavy rain.
