The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.

Excellent communication from the company . Managed to book through *** and got a discount using UK Blue light card ( ten percent then I got an email with 20 so cancelled and rebooked ) A few hours before we got a message with photo and video where to find the tour - really useful and easy to locate due to this with a friendly message . Half an hour before the tour - another message with Tuk tuk number and name of driver -Ariana . Got there a few mins early and she was ready for us . A super one hour tour . Ariana was so informative and we got an amazing tour of the city . She was so knowledgeable and made the hour fun . Saw lots of sites. Thank you - highly recommend
