Family of 3 from Newcastle NSW spent the day with Katy on the Philip island tour. Exceeded expectations, had a blast. The pickups were on time, the bus clean and air conditioned, Katy is a safe and responsible driver. Hubby and teenager were super excited to be Katy's co-pilots for the day 😅. Katy was very professional, funny and just an amazing host. Thank you Katy and Go west ! Will definitely be booking another tour when we return to Melb in the future. The Jarmans

Booked the trip for my parents. They had an amazing time at the tour. The tour itinerary description matched real life. Very punctual and friendly tour guide “John”. Would recommend every time!

The tour was excellent and Warren our guide was highly entertaining and thorough. The morning tea was a juice box and a cookie, so bring snacks as the first place for food is the lunch stop around 11:30. Beware, the route is very winding/curving along the coast. If you experience motion sickness, please take note. It would be ideal if your operators could mention this on the "What to Expect" or "Additional Information" sections. The bus is cramped in the last 2 rows, you are not able to see through the front as these rows are lower than all the others. But the tour was excellent. The Gorge, and Twelve Apostles are breathtaking. Easy walking even for a senior. The forest walk in a loop in the rain forest and can be steep at moments. We were able to spot koalas along the roadside, as well as kangaroos.

We are in a small group tour which was nice and not too crowded. This was a reverse tour of the Great Ocean Road, so will not bumped into other tour groups at the same time. Our tour guide - Bill did a fantastic job and provided great service!!! Could not ask for more!! Me and husband did have a great time!! Would definitely recommended this tour to others and my friends who are going to visit Melbourne!!

Really liked the setup - most of the walking was done before the max heat. Also, we were at the main attractions (12 Apostles) before large crowds. Magnificent views. Lots of driving but the views were worth it. Our guide Cara was also great - super nice and friendly, really attentive to everyone. We also saw koalas and kangaroos in the wild which was cool.


