This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off.

I highly recommend this excursion. It's a very interesting and beautiful experience, guided by Sabrina, who is professional, friendly, and translated everything between English, Italian, and Spanish. She was attentive to everyone. The drivers were very experienced, which was much appreciated because the mountain route is challenging and covered in snow. The traditional Bernina train was fine, but I would recommend the Bernina Express because of the legroom, especially considering that you can't get off at any point on either train. The rest stops were at reasonably priced and good-quality places. During free time in St. Moritz, Sabrina gave us directions and landmarks, so you could explore on your own or with her guidance.

I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. The trip was absolutely beautiful and an unforgettable experience. Everything was very well organized, and the atmosphere throughout the journey was pleasant and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and made the most of everything I saw and experienced. The most impressive part was, without a doubt, the driver, Manuela. She showed outstanding professionalism, confidence, calmness, and great attention to the passengers. It’s clear that she does her job with responsibility and dedication. All the praise for her — she truly impressed me! I highly recommend this experience!


