Our day trip to Kitakyushu has come to a successful end. It was a truly unforgettable day, and I especially want to thank our guide, Mr. Chen, for his attentive companionship throughout the trip, and our driver for his smooth and safe driving. Mr. Chen's explanations were professional, detailed, and engaging, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of the local history and culture. His service was meticulous and thoughtful, the pace of the itinerary was comfortable, and there was no forced shopping, making it a worry-free and convenient experience. Mr. Chen was also warm and friendly, answering all our questions promptly. It was a fantastic travel experience, deserving a five-star rating!★

I must give this a super positive review.
First, the customer service was incredibly warm and attentive. They patiently answered all my questions, were clear and logical, and quick-thinking. They also helped resolve any minor issues I encountered along the way.
Second, the itinerary was exceptionally well-designed. Because some JR lines in Yamaguchi Prefecture are out of service, getting to these attractions is extremely inconvenient, making independent travel incredibly difficult, expensive, and exhausting. This tour solved my problem in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and the price was very reasonable.
Third, our tour guide, Mr. Mao, is from Shanghai, and his service and explanations were excellent. Besides the three Chinese-speaking tourists in our group, there were also tourists from other countries, and he patiently explained everything in English.
In short, this was my first time joining a tour group in Japan, and the experience was so great. I would definitely consider joining a tour group again for some places in Japan in the future. This time, the group was small, so it felt almost like independent travel, but it saved me a lot of hassle. A huge thumbs up!★

This was fantastic! I highly recommend this trip during wisteria season.
The Hanoi Wisteria Garden is inconvenient to reach by public transport; without a taxi or car, it's a long walk. Joining a day tour saves time and avoids the queues at the garden.
The meeting point is very easy to find and very conspicuous. Because it gets incredibly crowded at that time, the staff are all in uniform and lead different groups, so you need to proactively ask which route you're on.
The night before departure, they will contact you via WeChat with the tour leader's name and bus license plate number.
On the bus, the tour leader will explain the estimated time needed for each destination's attractions and food, allowing you to plan your time accordingly.
The Hanoi Wisteria Garden is so beautiful, you absolutely must go! The seafood at the Tanghu Market was fresh, sweet, and plentiful.★

The tour looked good, so I applied for an English and Chinese guide, and it was great because they took care of each person individually and explained everything I didn't understand!
