Smooth and enjoyable day all around. Pick up was on time and our guide was warm and kind. As it was low season, we were still back in Toronto by 3:30 so if you’re worrying about time, know that things are a lot quieter and squeezing this in is worth it.

The itinerary is very good, the guide brother service is first-class, the driving is stable, safe and comfortable, the introduction of attractions along the way, the arrangement of the tour is very in place, the time is accurate, it is a very good experience.

Our driver, Johnny, was truly excellent. We made several stops along the way to admire different scenic spots and sample maple syrup. He entertained us with many anecdotes about Canadian history and culture, and there was no shortage of jokes and laughter! Given it was the off-season, we encountered no traffic. The tour of the falls allows you to see them both during the day and at night, when they are illuminated in so many different colors. The boat ride was beautiful. The hotel buffet was also good. Dinner may be a bit pricey if you don't gorge, but it's worth it for the full experience of dining while gazing at the falls from above.

We had a good time on our trip with tour guide Jasper. He called me the day before to give us directions for the pickup point and his phone number in case we had any questions. On the drive to Niagara Falls he would point out different places and give us some background information about it. There were other people on the tour who spoke Chinese but he is fluent in both English and Mandarin . Any questions we had, he was able to answer quickly. At the falls he had all the tickets for us which expedited our entrance to the attractions. Also, he was always able to park close to the entrance so we didn’t have far to walk. Because our Airbnb was on the way back to our pickup point, he was so kind to drop us off there instead. All in all, we had a great experience with Jasper.


