We really enjoyed the tour. We did it with our twin 16 year old girls. You get to viewpoints that are only accessible by off-road cars or foot so we got to a different viewpoints than we saw using our car. A good combination between offroad & regular roads, slow drive vs. faster one. The additional spots outside of Sete Cidades are a very nice bonus. The only thing I would add especially on a clear day like we had is another viewpoint (either Rei or a similar one to Rei). Highly recommended!★

I had a truly unforgettable experience at the Seven Cities on São Miguel Island on a quad bike tour with guide Pedro. Besides taking us on an exciting adventure amid spectacular landscapes, Pedro was always kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He explained the history and formation of the islands clearly and passionately, enriching the tour with many interesting details that made the day even more special. Thanks to his professionalism and friendliness, we always felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed the excursion. It's an experience I highly recommend to anyone who wants to discover São Miguel in a different and authentic way!★

Our guide, Max, picked us up directly from our hotel. We saw all the spots on the tour and had fantastic weather. Max kept us well-informed throughout. Lunch was fantastic. There was a buffet and everything you could want to drink, including alcohol, like wine. Afterwards, we were served desserts and liqueurs, all in a local restaurant by the water. The advantage of the tour is that the guides are always allowed to drive closer to the spots than cars. This saves you a lot of walking. If you're on the island without a rental car, I recommend this tour.★

A very nice guide who paid close attention to the safety of the participants. He also provided very interesting information about the region. A very nice tour with fantastic views of the crater lakes. Cool on- and off-road routes. The buggy was really cool!★

We booked this tour as a family (all adults) for our last day on the island. Our guide José was the perfect guide. He picked us up on time, and he proceeded to explain about the history of the island. He was extremely knowledgeable about all topics from history to the geology of the land to the plants around the island. We loved the day, the views were amazing, and José was an exemplary guide. We would definitely go on other trips with him if we ever come again to Sao Miguel.
