Our top experience in Munnar. The day was filled with stunning landscape, plant and traditions discovery a yummy picnic on a river bench (alone in the World) and all the fabulous explanation of Nagu. Chatting to him and learning through him the Keralite culture was so moving. Of course I almost forgot - the wild elephant sight!★

Visiting the tea plantation and tea factory was a truly memorable experience. The lush green landscapes were breathtaking, and it was fascinating to see the entire tea-making process from start to finish.
Our guide, Mr. Raja, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He explained everything clearly and made the tour engaging and enjoyable. Thanks to him, we gained a deeper appreciation for the art and tradition behind tea production.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area — it’s both educational and inspiring.★

This walking experience was perfect. The walk wasn't too strenuous and went through the beautiful tea plantations around Letchmi tea estate. It was so beautiful and around 8 km in total. The guide JK was great, very knowledgeable and funny. We had a wonderful time on this trek and highly recommend.★

I had a wonderful hike with Ram. He is very polite and it immediately felt easy and familiar to spend time with him. Ram is very knowledgeable about local flora and fauna, history and politics, and the tour was thoughtfully planned with great viewpoints for breaks. He also brought delicious local snacks and fruits. Ram is an honest, warm-hearted guide – I highly recommend booking a tour with him.★

I was looking for a hiking experience in the tea plantations of Munnar with a local guide who can challenge me both on the trail and on educating myself properly while being away from busy crowds. I am truly happy that I had Mani as my guide and that I booked my tour with Meeting Point munnar!
We have been a super small group and really had a proper 15km hike and we have been constantly surrounded by nature! Mani knew everything and we had wonderful stops and it felt like a good connection with him.
Besides, the lunch Mani provided was a perfect picnic - I loved it!★

Because we liked the tour with Mani so much we requested to book this tour with him and it was absolutely worth it!
Because the elephants were already early out Mani drove us directly to the spot. This took us about 1 1/2hours but it felt like 10min. On the way to the elephant spot there was sooo much to see and the nature was stunning. We passed through beautiful forest, tea plantation and a riverside. We arrived safe and sound at the elephant spot and were super happy to see them. What a unique experience!
On the way back Mani explained us a lot about the indian culture, spices, trees and a lot more. I would definitely recommend this tour and also Mani as a tour guide.
Will never forget this experience!
