It was very easy to communicate with the company, I added them on LINE before arriving. Once we were off the flight it was easy to find the person in the terminal and we were shown to fast track quickly. My experience was 4 lines of fast track and it was still pretty busy, we were lining up for about 45 minutes and the 'normal' line looked a good 2.5 hours. We chose this option as we had afternoon plans, but understand fast track can be busy if others have purchased it. It's not too expensive so it's probably worth it, just makes life a bit easier rather than waiting for ages.
