The bus was very comfortable and bathroom stops were included. I enjoyed hearing the historical information provided. I was glad to have someone else transport us to these locations, rather than try to drive or find them ourselves. However, the information about booking earlier time slot to see the observation deck (from a different departure point) cause a great deal of confusion and stress, which was not a good start to our day). The 8.30 tour still went to observation deck, so not sure why the listing says it doesn’t. The microphone not working at start of day, made it difficult to hear some of the information. And navigating the places with just a photo of a map was not particularly easy. I would have liked a hard copy version, even if I’d had to pay a little more for it on the day. We almost missed the bus at one point because Google maps gave me the wrong directions (to a back entrance with no access).
