Hiro was the best tour guide. We also were able to make some new friends and of course feed the deer. Lunch was outstanding. Plenty of shrines and excellent photo opps, especially Buddha! I would recommend it.

This tour was everything I had hoped for. We started at Kyoto station and we were on our way with Mai. We did the Kyoto Nara Tour and it was 8-4:30pm Mai was incredible sweet and very organized. She kept us engaged throughout the whole tour! She had great communication with meet up times and meet up areas. I will be back in the future and recommend this tour! The matcha tea ceremony was the best! -Mireya Ramirez
Reviews: [Official Ticket] JR HARUKA Kansai Airport to Tennoji/Shin-Osaka/Osaka/Kyoto/Nara/Kobe Limited Express Ticket (Pick up at ticket machine on-site)

It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant. The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.
Reviews: [Official ticket] Kansai railway pass lite (2026 new edition) 2-day/3-day pass (formerly Kansai thru pass)
Guest User2026-05-16
I previously used the KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE to ride many private railways in the Kansai region, including Hankyu, Hanshin, Kintetsu, Nankai, Keihan, and Osaka Metro (note that it cannot be used on JR West, Kyoto Municipal Subway, Keihan-Otsu Line, and Randen). There's no need to exchange for a physical ticket, and no more waiting for service center opening hours. Just use the link in the email voucher to start using it anytime, anywhere on your mobile phone; you can even activate it after landing. Most station entrances now have QR codes. The turnstiles with the code work smoothly. However, when riding on routes requiring a pass (such as the Hankai Railway), the driver may not be familiar with the new pass's arrangements. It's recommended to be patient and communicate with the driver. For routes listed on the official website, the basic fare is always included (excluding reserved seats on limited-seat trains like the Kintetsu Limited Express and Nankai Limited Express, which can be purchased separately). You will never need to pay extra. It's advisable to download the English instruction manual beforehand for communication with station staff or drivers if necessary.
