The flight was smooth, well-organized, and the crew made sure every passenger had a chance to enjoy the views and identify the mountains. The cooking class was fantastic. We were first taken to the markets to pick up some produce and had an in depth demonstration on how to make momos, thukpa and dal bhat. All the dishes were amazing and the instructors were fantastic. Iโ€™d highly recommend this experience in Kathmandu!
