A fantastic tour with a great host, Mike Meakins. His knowledge was exceptional. So much information and brilliant that he was part of the production of Doc Martin as we had superb behind the scenes 'making of' info. As a bonus, he imparted some excellent history of Port Isaac. Very kindly he chatted happily to Lisa and and I after the tour also which was very kind and made the tour even more value for money. He even listened patiently to my anecdotes about my son's acting, namely being cast as Darcy and his Macbeth experience. A brilliant time which we won't forget. Soon after, while in The Slipway we spotted him on the steps of Port Isaac fisherman enjoying a well earned crab followed by ice cream! Well done Mike and thanks again
