We had such a wonderful and memorable experience with Apollo Star Cruise! Everything was very well organized, and the itinerary followed the schedule perfectly. The facilities were excellent, and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our trip. A special thank you to our tour guide, who was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and enthusiastic. He explained every activity clearly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We were truly satisfied with the service and had such a great time from beginning to end. The staff kept me informed via WhatsApp from the day before departure, so I had no worries until departure. The tour was packed with activities including cycling, a visit to Bai Dinh Temple (pagoda), lunch, a Trang An boat cruise, and a hike to Mua Caves (the "Stairs of Hell"), making it a very fulfilling experience (the tour structure can be customized according to your preferences). Lunch was a buffet style with a wide variety of delicious food. Our guide, Tom, spoke in clear and easy-to-understand English, so even though I'm not fluent in English, I was able to understand most of it. He also answered my questions about the temple carefully using a translation app, which I found very helpful. Thanks to the well-structured tour and the guide's high skill level, I had a very enjoyable day. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that although the bus had VIP-style leather individual seats with massage functions, the legroom felt a little cramped. A little more space between seats would make long journeys more comfortable.

Excellent service! We chose a day trip visiting two attractions, and we're very grateful to our guide, Tony/Tien from Wati Company. His service was impeccable, and his explanations were detailed. My mother doesn't speak English, and they even sent her an electronic script in Chinese beforehand so she wouldn't be clueless when we arrived. We would definitely book again if we have the chance.
