The bus arrived on time. The company manager was on call and made sure we boarded. The bus was air-conditioned. Everything was comfortable.

We had a great trip 👍 and slept the whole way. If there are two adults, take one bed each. You simply won't be able to sleep there together.

I booked a trip through tripcom for the first time. I wanted to try a dcar. We were a family of four, and as it turned out, there was no one else, so we had the entire bus to ourselves. The seats were comfortable, we were given a bottle of water and napkins, and we got from Dalat to Nha Trang in 3.5 hours. I had only positive experiences, and I definitely recommend them! The booking process was very simple. After booking, they sent me the pickup and drop-off information that evening, and we arrived half an hour before departure.
