The trip was well organized by the organizer. We are also given option for our destination and was informed earlier even before and during takeoff from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. It was great when we can see the more nature side which nearest to Hanoi big city. Get to know on the history of the old capital of Vietnam and experienced the local vibe there. Be prepared if you are to consider for the Mua Cave since you are going to hike for at least 30 minutes on average to get to the higher viewpoint of Hoa Lu area. *a bottle of drinking water is provided for each of us, morning and afternoon (twice) in the bus and also lunch is provided. (For Muslim, you can have the toast bread, fried rice, fries or any other food as long as you are confident with it)

It’s my second time on this tour with Ella and I must say that it was the best experience in Hanoi. Ella is such a great person and knows well how to handle with all the different cultures and people. This time i was with my mother, we both don’t eat pork and don’t drink beer and we had options like everyone else! The food, the learning and the magic of Hanoi and Ella as well were the best combination for us. Thank you for such an amazing tour! Super recommend ❤️🔝

I don't think this program is suitable for those who want to "become able to cook Vietnamese food properly." This is because cooking is mainly explained verbally, and participants ultimately work in teams, so it's not like you can learn everything on your own. The session I participated in didn't include the pho banh xeo nem ran that I had anticipated. Instead, when we gathered on the day, I was told, "Today we'll be making green mango salad and bun cha." I wanted to learn pho personally, so in that respect, my goal wasn't fulfilled. I was also a little worried about communication. I had difficulty communicating until the day before, and even though I had requested contact via WhatsApp, I received an email, but no reply even after replying. Finally, I noticed the WhatsApp number in the email and contacted them directly, and I was finally able to participate. On the other hand, the cooking experience itself was fun, and the time spent interacting with the other participants, touring the market, and sharing Vietnamese culture was very interesting. Therefore, I felt this program was more of an opportunity to enjoy cooking through international exchange and cultural experiences than a place to "master cooking." I was satisfied with the content itself, but since you don't get any recipes, I think people who want to recreate Vietnamese food at home would be better off finding another way.
