The tour guide Mr Ben is very humorous. Keeping us laughjng. The driver Mr Lucky drive safely the whole journey. My trip is not including ticket for Trang An boat ride & Mua Cave.

I arrived in Vietnam on August 28 at 17:30, bought the service on August 20, they promised to make a visa on August 28 at 18:00, in the end they sent the ready visa when I boarded the plane, on August 28 at 15:00. Thank you very much!

The tour was excellent. Our guide (Mr. Han) was a conscientious, hard-working man. Trang An Tour is not far from Hanoi, so it's worth a stop. My only regret was that I booked through Trip.com and tried to contact the local travel agency in Hanoi to confirm the booking. The contact was difficult and the feedback was very slow, which was a bit inconvenient.


