First of all, the itinerary was consistent with the booked itinerary. The pace of each stop was not too tight, and the rhythm was very comfortable. Our tour guide, Ms. Tao, was very friendly and considerate. Before each stop, there was an explanation of the itinerary and historical and cultural information, which helped us better understand the significance of the local culture. The driver was also very friendly. Every place in Hokkaido is beautiful. The stunning scenery of Noboribetsu Jigokudani, Lake Toya, and Showa Shinzan Usuyama Ropeway truly lived up to its reputation.

Excellent! Perfect for someone like me who wants to see everything, saving me the trouble of planning transportation and the anxiety of waiting for buses. Our guide, Xiao Liu, was very humorous and recommended good restaurants. There were no forced purchases, but with so many places to visit, we felt a little rushed.

A truly perfect autumn trip to Hokkaido! ☺️ Our tour leader, Lisa, was meticulous and responsible, introducing us to Hokkaido's local customs, scenery, and cuisine along the way, making the bus ride anything but boring. She even proactively took photos for us at scenic spots – such thoughtful and attentive service! I would definitely recommend joining a tour group next time I come in winter.

The trip to Jigokudani and Lake Toya was great, the weather was fantastic, and we were lucky enough to see Mt. Yotei. Jozankei wasn't much to see; it was more of a rest stop along the way. Thanks to our guide Lucy and driver. Besides the explanations, Lucy also recommended great restaurants along the way, which was very helpful.
