Where to begin? First, Elisabeth the tour guide was the best tour guide I have ever had in my 20 plus tours I have taken. Knowledgeable, amicable, and the most clear directions I have had in a tour guide. She made a great experience even better! I would recommend her strongly for this tour!
Our bus driver was great-as well!
The tour itself was magical. Well, I have been on several scenic drives but this one may, emphasis on the May, be at the top of the list.
Starting in Munich and driving through Ettal and then to the fairy tale tribute town (And the Passion Play) of Oberammergau was so picturesque. To top it off with tours of the Linderhof Palace and the Neuschwanstein Castle was a surreal experience. This was so amazing that I would do it again in a different time of year!
