The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D
I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.★

This was my first time using an e-SIM, and it was for a trip to Europe. I was worried something might go wrong, but everything was fantastic; I always had internet. When you arrive, you just need to switch the SIM card settings and enable roaming. The SIM automatically connects to the best carrier in the region. I’m in Salamanca and internet connection is fast. I didnt have any issues. I get 5G. See attached screenshot. I bought 1GB a day but it’s more than enough with my phone activities. It’s easy to install also coz there is a straightforward “install” here after you purchase.
