The guide and driver were really kind and helpful when we had any problems. The tour was just the right length, and the bus ride there and back was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was available on the bus, and we were able to take a restroom break at a service area-like location. If I have the opportunity to travel again, I would definitely use this service.★

I highly recommend people take this instead of the self-guided audio tour. It makes a lot of difference. The guide shared a lot of stories with the site. It was a way more insightful tour that an audio device can't replace.★

Our guide (Andrei ?) was excellent, spoke very good English, French and some Spanish. The tour was informative and light hearted. The day we went in February the queues for the lifts were short. Make sure you meet at the designated spot, an offsite souvenir shop about 5 minutes walk from the tower (don't go into the tower area)★
