Booking was quick and easy, one-way, and payment was made by credit card, which was also convenient. The ferry was large, the restrooms were clean, and there were no delays. They were supposed to provide free water, but it was only available for a fee.

Everything was great. If you're first in line to board, you can sit in the front row of the standard lounge, which is quite comfortable. But we bought a premium ticket for the return flight because there are a lot of people leaving Phi Phi at 11:00.

Just as we'd said, we picked up the transfer and were brought to the dock. Our details were already on the list. They gave us a sticker and off we went! We were traveling on a large boat, so there was plenty of room for everyone!
