Booking was quick and easy, one-way, and payment was made by credit card, which was also convenient. The ferry was large, the restrooms were clean, and there were no delays. They were supposed to provide free water, but it was only available for a fee.

Everything was great. If you're first in line to board, you can sit in the front row of the standard lounge, which is quite comfortable. But we bought a premium ticket for the return flight because there are a lot of people leaving Phi Phi at 11:00.

Great! Simply excellent service. I bought a ticket with a transfer, paid with a Mir card through Sberbank, and within 20 minutes my request was approved and they sent me all the necessary information about the trip and transfer. The transfer was a comfortable Toyota Hiace. At the pier, I went to counter number 3 to check in, they gave me a sticker with a QR code for the turnstile, I walked to the pier, boarded a boat for an hour, and off I went.

The tour was superbly organized. A minibus arrived at the hotel and took us to the pier within an hour. There, we were given stickers and boarding passes based on our lists. Two hours later, we arrived at Tonsai Pier. On board, in the Economy Lounge, they provided tea, coffee, water, and motion sickness pills. Everything was perfect. The captain passed Maya Bay, Pele Bay, and the Viking Cave, giving us a great view.


