I booked it back home a couple of days before my flight. I bought 10 GB for 7 days. I only used 6 GB. We landed in Phu Quoc and connected the eSIM card right as we were getting off the plane. I had trouble connecting at first, but everything worked perfectly! I turned it on right at the airport and off we went. I've been to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hanoi, and everything worked perfectly everywhere, with no outages. I only used up 5GB of data per day once, when I was listening to Yandex Music (not downloaded tracks, but Vodno). On the other days, messaging, surfing the web, and watching Instagram videos used no more than 2-3GB per day. I didn't use customer support, but I gave it 5 stars so as not to lower the rating because I was completely satisfied.


