The direction to meet with the greeter was very clear on Trip.com. The communications with the service provider were prompt. Once I arrived, I was able to find the greeter right away and he was organized with the list of paid passengers. I saved an hour and a half by using this service.

The line was a quarter of the standard length, and we cleared security in 10 minutes. We made it through a short layover an hour and 30 minutes after landing.

Smooth! We were out partying in District 1 in under an hour after landing! No time wasted and I've seen and been in the endless line before. The departure one was not perfect. Nobody at the desk when we arrived and had to call the agent. The instruction was to arrive 2hrs before flight. But actually, they want us to check in first then contact them. Luckily, the counter was not lol packed like previous times. In the end we still have 40min to burn in the food court before heading to the gate. Will def pay for this service again!
