Overall, I had a pleasant experience with HK Busline from Hanoi to Sapa. The customer service was excellent—the admin replied quickly to my questions and was very helpful throughout the booking process.
One thing I really appreciated was the free shuttle service to hotels within Sapa city center, which made arriving much more convenient after a long journey.
The last hour of the trip was quite bumpy due to the mountain roads, but that’s something to expect when traveling to Sapa. If you’re prone to motion sickness or simply want a smoother ride, I’d recommend choosing the lower deck.
A small travel tip: I’d suggest skipping the food at the highway rest stop. In my experience, it was overpriced and didn’t taste good. It’s better to have a meal before departure or wait until you arrive in Sapa, where you’ll find much better food options.
Overall, I’d happily use HK Busline again for the responsive service and convenient transfer in Sapa.★

A girl sent me a WhatsApp message in advance with all the ticket information, including the meeting location and time. The driver was already waiting at the appointed time. The bus was excellent, with comfortable seats, a blanket, pillow, and water provided. It stopped twice over the six-hour trip. There was no restroom on the bus. I was able to charge my phone. I'll be traveling back with the same driver.★

We took the limousine bus from Halong Bay Cruise to Ninh Binh and had a great experience. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, with plenty of space to relax during the journey. The driver was friendly and drove safely, and the pickup and drop-off were well organized and on time. Overall, it was a smooth and convenient trip, and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone traveling between Halong Bay and Ninh Binh.★

The ride was a pleasure. A Trang employee guided me through WhatsApp from the moment I purchased the bus until boarding, for which I'm especially grateful. Everything was top-notch.
