The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.★

First off our guide Audrey was absolutely lovely. So friendly and informative and very, very caring. Even though some of the south European members of the tour could not be bothered with times. We were told to meet at a place at a certain time and all they wanted to do was their own thing and shop. Poor guide. The other 90% of us loved the tour. You get an hour or so to explore the water village on your own which is nice. The gardens are beautiful and she knew a lot about the history. It is a long day though so, be aware. Really worth it as you get dropped off right near the bund so you can sit and watch the lights and have an awesome riverside nighttime experience. It's like a whole extra experience you don't have to pay for. I would recommend this tour very much.★

This was an incredible day spent at the Shanghai Wild Animal park. The tour includes walk around dozens of exhibits of live birds and animals, as well as a boat ride to visit many of large animal enclosures. The highlight for most visitors is the close up viewing of Panda bears without plastic/glass windows, so you can take amazing pictures. In addition, you will enjoy a safari bus ride through the more dangerous animal enclosures, including Lions, Tigers and Bears, of course, plus wolves, rhinos, hippos, etc. and they provide food to feed animals through small ports in the bus using the included foot long skewer. There are two performance venues, including a stadium for viewing birds, dogs, monkeys, horses and even a cheetah running full speed past the audience. They are extremely fast! The final big performance is inside of a large Circus stadium, and includes lights and music performances of dozens of dancers, acrobats and horseback riders doing amazing choreography with skillful★

We booked this trip thinking it’s an English guide but turns out it was a Chinese speaking guide so please be aware of this. Despite the language barrier, instructions and communication was clear both on WeChat and in person. The guide was very informative and made sure everyone had a good time and knew what to expect throughout the whole day. Highly recommend
