Elton and Francisco guides us through the history of Cape Verde and told us everything about the banana, mango and coconut plantages. It was awesome to make the local CusCuz an Fidjós, witch was made vegan specially for us. They did a great job!

A wonderful excursion that allowed us plenty of time to explore. Our guide, Ricardo, was very friendly and introduced us to the local culture! Our visit to the market was very enjoyable.

Great tour with our great guide Antonio! We learned so much about the islands of Cabo Verde! The hike is not too hard, but beautiful! I would totally recommend this tour.
Reviews: Praia & Cidade Velha: Guided City Tour

Amerigo shared his knowledge of his country's history with us with great professionalism, speaking more than adequate French. If you have the opportunity, ask to do the tour "in reverse" (as we had to do due to Monday morning traffic): you'll then start with "historic" Santiago and end with "contemporary" Praia. I would have even preferred to start with the Cidade Velha citadel before exploring the city of Cidade Velha itself. Note that the entrance fee to the citadel is 500 escudos (€5) per person.
