This was my first time using Ctrip to book a day trip. I brought my whole family to Xi'an, and we chose to spend a day on the western route, visiting Famen Temple and Qianling Mausoleum. Once again, I was amazed by the profoundness of Chinese culture! Special thanks to our tour guide, Xiao Niu, and our driver. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Overall, the itinerary was good, and our tour guide, Cui, provided detailed and enthusiastic explanations. However, the order description stated a maximum group size of 26 people, but the actual number of people on the day exceeded 40. We inquired with the tour guide and the travel agency, who informed us that it was a data error in their system. They explained that a standard tour typically has 46 people, while a small group has 6-15 people. While this is understandable at the time, it still somewhat disappointed consumers with their expectations.
