We really enjoyed the tour. We saw all of the places mentioned in the tour description. It was a little fast paced, but if you want to see the major sights of Rio in one day, this is a good tour for it. Monica was an excellent tour guide who explained in multiple languages - English, Spanish, and Italian.

This tour has undoubtedly exceeded our expectations. The favela is truly worth exploring, especially with Samuel as our guide. He was phenomenal, showing us the heart of the favela while making us feel completely safe. Anyone hesitant to take this tour for safety reasons is absolutely mistaken. 100% recommended. What an amazing day we had at Tijuca Forest! Our tour guide, Eric, was incredibly knowledgeable and led the entire tour in English — which was especially helpful since there were 11 of us and I was the only Brazilian in the group. We learned so much and had a lot of fun exploring caves, swinging from cipó like Tarzan, spotting different animals, and enjoying beautiful waterfalls. We highly recommend this tour!!!


