I booked this for my sisters birthday trip. We had chef Lori who was amazing! She explained everything so thoroughly, was enthusiastic and made the class really fun. We done the tiramisu, ravioli and tagliatelle class. Once all the cooking was done, the class all sat outside and enjoyed a choice of either white/ red wine (the white wine was delicious) or a soft drink option. Once the food we prepared came out and we finished, we also got a shot of limoncello! Or shot of apple juice for non alcoholic drinkers/ children. It was such a lovely experience, and a great way to meet people and have some interesting conversations, me and my sister went with 2 couples we met at the class to go see the Spanish Steps after, so it’s definitely very social! Overall I’d definitely recommend, and you are lucky if you get chef Lori!
Reviews: Pasta Making & Wine Tasting with Dinner in Frascati from Rome

Nothing less than a fantastic experience, a short trip from Rome Termini. We were picked up at the station in Frascati and on the way to the restaurant were told a little about the history of the city. There we were in the best company together with guests from Italy, England and the USA, where we made delicious pasta, which I never thought would be possible for me. We also had a trip to the cave under the building. All this while we enjoyed the family's wine and under the both present and knowledgeable leadership of our fantastic guide.

A friendly experience, blending humor and professionalism. A wonderful time spent learning Chef Patrick's tips, cooking, sharing with the other participants, and enjoying the dishes we've prepared together. I highly recommend it! Grazzie 😋
