Javed was a great young guide, walked us through the unseen of the slum. If you want to experiment an other side of what Mumbai has to offer then book this tour, it can be overwhelming fyi.

We were surprised at how productive Dharavi is, ‘slum’ doesn’t seem to do this place justice. Loki our guide is a fourth generation Dharavi dweller and was really informative and interesting. Great to learn about the dhobiwallers and dabbawallas too. Loki took great care of us on the trains, crossing the street and down narrow dark alleys. Highly recommend this tour!

Works not like local sim, but worth its price. Very convenient for messenger and social media. Recommended if you're staying for a week in India.
Reviews: Private Mumbai Sightseeing Tour with Local English Guide

Where do I begin?! Chirag designed a private tour for us and oh my goodness, what a day! We got up at 5 am to get to the wholesale flower market and the fruit & vegetable markets. Wow! A feast for the eyes! Sassoon Dock in the early morning is also a must-see. It's right up there with the flower, fruit & veg markets. Because it was a public holiday therefore not terribly busy on the trains, Chirag took us for a short train ride on a whim, just for something different. Dhobi Ghat, the open air laundry - another highlight! Chor Bizarre was an eye-opening experience because there is a sea of second-hand tools, car parts, appliances, plus a whole lot more. We visited the Dharavi slums last. Words cannot describe this part of Mumbai, and photos could never do justice to what all your senses experience. This tour is the best I've ever done so a big thank you to Chirag and also our driver, Pranav. What an amazing adventure!
