Reviews: Boavista: Rabil, Shipwreck, City, Snacks & Drinks - 4x4 Tour

We enjoyed the shipwreck, Atlanta Beach, the Cape Verdean snack, and the walks in Rabil and Sal Rey. However, at the pottery workshop, the postal workers weren't working, which was a shame as we would have liked to see them at work. We couldn't visit the two churches; the one in Rabil was undergoing renovations, and the Fatima chapel was locked. There was also a setback in the morning: we waited 20 minutes, receiving no calls or messages. If I hadn't contacted them, we would still be waiting. Fortunately, the excursion was rescheduled for the afternoon.

Nando our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable sharing the history of Cape Verde and the areas we visited throughout the day. The Cape Verdean lunch was delicious as was the caprinha on the Harbourside. I would definitely recommend this trip for those wanting to see the best Sal has to offer at a steady pace.

The trip was great and I couldn't have had a better guide. Nelson was 5 stars and provided a very good tour.
