It was a good tour, but if you don't understand English, it will be hard to understand the tour information! We arrived on November 1, 2025, and the city was nice and warm, but when we climbed the wall, the wind was strong, even the gondolas stopped. We had two lifts, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. We bought the afternoon lift from the guide, and the evening lift was included in the tour! We didn't go on the evening lift and didn't understand the information about what time the evening lift started! The city and the wall are very beautiful.
