Mandy gave us a day trip around downtown Los Angeles. ☺️ I was initially hesitant about booking a private car service through Ctrip, but after spending the whole day with Mandy, all my worries disappeared. 🥺🙂😍 She's not only beautiful and kind-hearted, but also professional, meticulous, and responsible, always putting the needs of her guests first, making us feel like friends and at home. The itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, efficient and fulfilling without feeling rushed, resulting in a fantastic overall experience. 😘👌 The entire trip was clearly and thoughtfully planned, giving me peace of mind throughout. I would really recommend 1 hour at Griffiths observatory as I loved it for the views but had to curtail the inside because there simply was not enough time. Other than that we all loved it and the guide was most knowledgable.★

We had the All-Inclusive Pass Plus at Universal Studios and were absolutely thrilled! The park far exceeded our expectations – everything is so beautifully designed, with such attention to detail, and you really feel like you're in a movie.
