I was very pleased with the service, including assistance throughout the entire journey, and private transfers from the hotel to the bus and back to the hotel upon arrival in Sapa. The service on the bus was excellent. We chose the top row and were very pleased. We had a good view from the window and were very comfortable in the cabin for one person. The driver was very friendly. I recommend G8. The bottom row of seats is at floor level, so the choice is yours, but I preferred the top row for comfort and highly recommend it.★

We booked a flight from Sapa to Ninh Binh, even though we had provided a hotel room in Tam Coc. There was no transfer to the hotel, so we had to call a taxi. Otherwise, the bus and service were excellent.
