Husband and I booked last minute morning of with the front desk at the Ritz Carlton- and we were blown away! We had no idea what to expect - but we really really wanted to see manatees. That was the only really big thing we wanted on this trip! Not only was Dinko super attentive to me as a larger lady (my husband has a broken shoulder currently so I got to be the solo paddler for us both in a tandem) he helped me in and out of the Kayake and held it for me on various occasions and really paid attention to my needs. He was discreet about it, but I knew he was being a gentleman and it truly meant the world to me that he would make that extra effort.
The trip itself was unreal! I know a lot of luck but also his knowledge of the area and the various animals’ habits assisted him with tracking down all the local birds, dolphins, crabs, and of course, the VIP of the snow, the manatees! We got to experience it all and he really really made sure everyone left happy and satisfied. Five stars! The other gentlemen running the company with him helped us out before hand and after and seemed really friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived fairly early and they updated us twice on when others in our tour where ment to arrive to keep us apprised.
Truly will remember this experience for the rest of my life. Thank you. 🙏★

We had a great family time on this trip. We got to explore the mangroves and see some nature. This is not a difficult trip and can be done by inexperienced kayakers. ★

We had the BEST time with Kinsey as our guide! He was funny, light-hearted, knowledgeable, patient, and his passion and love for people, his job, nature, and the Florida wildlife radiated from beginning to end! We saw beautiful scenery, the bluest of water, manatees, dolphins, jellyfish, a spider crab, and even a bonnet head shark! Such a fun, unique, and hands-on way to experience the island. We are so glad we booked this tour.
P.S. Kinsey gets EXTRA stars for going above and beyond when it comes to caring for the people on his tours! We did this tour a couple days before the devastation of Hurricane Helene 🌀 hit Anna Maria Island. Kinsey knows we’re were staying in the island, and he called us later in the day to make sure we were safe and had evacuated. 🩵★

Great experience from beginning to end. Very easy to book online. Easy and simple instructions to follow from what to expect - what to bring- how to get there, etc... Parking was plenty. We went on the 8:00 am parasail. Staff was very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and kept things running extremely smooth throughout the excursion. My son had parasailed before, but it was my first experience so we paid for video and photo package, and it was worth it. Payment for that and uploading content was efficient and convenient. Will use them again when we visit AMI in the future.
