Reviews: Private tour to Sete, an oyster farm & Wine Tasting

Great host for drive to winery, family lunch, and visit to Sete. Bertrand was spectacular! We hardly recommend this tour! John and Irena Jameson

We had a wonderful day with Bertrand visiting a local winery. He was incredibly knowledgable and very happy to answer all of our questions. The local winery we visited was beautiful and we were able to sample 6 wines. We stopped at a viewpoint for some photos and more wine, and also a beautiful old town. Bertrand took us back to his family home where we had a delicious meal on the terrace outside with.. you guessed it.. more wine. I would definitely recommend this tour for an informative trip into the Languedoc wine region. Thank you Bertrand!

Bertrand has sommelier level of knowledge of wines, their terroirs, varieties, production and appellation contrôlée. His enthusiasm is contagious in both English and French. We were a small group of four wine enthusiasts and we were treated to a non-stop informative session on all aspects of wine making. The highlight of the day was a superb lunch prepared by Bertrand’s wife and served in the garden of their traditional rustic country home. The two wineries that we visited had an amazing selection to sample, some of which we purchased for personal enjoyment. A day trip which is highly recommended!

This was one of the best day trips we have ever had. David was an exceptional guide and was able to take us through some challenging walking areas safely and point out the wonders of the area in which we walked. If we as two 85 year olds can enjoy this adventure then everyone can.

Daniel was a great guide... knowledgeable and funny, with fluent English skills. we visited two interesting chateaux and tasted some good wine. Peuch-Haut with it's interesting wine barrel art was a highlight.
