We were lucky with our guide—he was a knowledgeable and pleasant guy. I highly recommend this tour. The Yu Garden holds a whole history behind it, and visiting on your own won't reveal all the emotions. The itinerary was well-planned—everything from the garden to the cruise was within walking distance. I especially want to mention the guide's approach—throughout the entire tour, you could feel his care and his desire to share more about Chinese culture. We were lucky with our guide—he was a competent and pleasant guy. I highly recommend this tour. The Yu Garden holds a whole history behind it, and visiting on your own won't reveal all the emotions. The itinerary was well-planned—everything from the garden to the cruise was within walking distance. I especially want to mention the guide's approach—throughout the entire tour, you could feel his genuine care and his desire to share more about Chinese culture.★

Our tour guide, Xiaoxiu, was fantastic. She's young and talented, highly recommended!
Our flight was delayed by an hour, and we were worried we wouldn't arrive at our destination on time. After contacting us in advance, she not only expressed her understanding but also thoughtfully reassured us and urged us to be safe. So thoughtful and touching!
The entire explanation was engaging and engaging, with interactive questions and discussions. Our family is quite unorganized, and there might be people who don't stay with the group. Haha, this beautiful tour guide would go find them, never abandoning them, hahahaha.
While researching the Yu Gardens stamp collection, we learned that the tour guide even went to the trouble of taking us back to the Cultural and Creative Center to redeem our stamps. She's an angel for stamp collectors!

There are a lot of people, so you will have to walk a lot due to the schedule, and it will take a lot of waiting time... Please keep in mind that it is mainly Chinese tourists. The convenient thing is that you only need to follow the guide, so there is nothing to worry about. Please use it at your own discretion. If you have time and want to travel a little more comfortably, you can download the Alipay app and travel around Shanghai by subway. The subway is very well-developed and cheap.★

The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.★

Our tour guide Darcy was exceptional. Very warm and friendly. He arrived early at our hotel and was very helpful in answering all of our questions and explained the history and cultural context of Zhujiajiao. The car was quite comfortable too. He was patient and helped us organise dress up costume, live drawing and lunch. He also helped us book other activities for the rest of our stay. Lovely man, great experience.★
