No one knew why we were there or what we had booked until quite a while in. This is something Trip.com needs to communicate with staff at the Marriott and explain it clearly to them. Booked in English on an English speaking site and noone knew what we had ordered or if we had paid etc. We even got sent to the adjacent buffet first... But anyway, we got by eventually by using broken Chinese as the translation on an app didn't ring any bells either. But, Trip.com... communicate with the hotel if you're going to sell experiences to foreign tourists! Despite the minor inconvenience, the food was exceptional. The dim sum was freshly cooked nearby and all of it tasted phenomenal. There were six premium items on the menu that you could only choose once, then unlimited core items. We all ate a large amount of food and had excellent value for money. Don't be shy ordering and definitely don't be scared to ask for the menu back to order more food. It's an unlimited dining experience after all!

very good experience. Stayed around 7hrs there but not enough, Should have stay longer, facilities are all good. Love it. Especially i booked this oxigen cabin for my parents. relaxing

I commend the younger generation passionately pursuing such a project to entertain and educate others about Chinese culture (tang dynasty). The whole concept is great: costume for customers and staff, storytelling and dance, elegant dining, photo taking opportunities. I genuinely hope they do well and continue to grow and mature in its production. I hope the business invests in elevating the proficiency of the dancing. That would be my only suggestion.

Access can be a bit difficult if you're not familiar with local transportation, so if you're coming from outside the Greater China region, it's recommended to be somewhat familiar with traveling in China beforehand. It's recommended to install the WeChat app for inquiries and communication with local staff. Regarding payment, you pay in advance through this app, but it's best to have proof of payment, such as an electronic receipt, to show at the location. While it's not impossible to communicate in English, it's smoother to use a translation app to have your voice input translated into Chinese. If you have travel plans or other appointments after the Hanfu experience, be sure to inform the local staff and decide on a completion time, including photography, in advance. The staff were very polite and helpful.
