I usually use a physical SIM card when traveling, but this time I was in a rush and didn't have time to buy one, so I tried using an eSIM for the first time. I thought it would be a lot of work, but it turned out to be so simple – just follow the instructions! The reception is great. We quickly cleared customs and passport control without any lines. The staff on both sides explained everything, guided us, and helped us. We even got a refund of the HKD 200 departure tax in Hong Kong.
