The service was quite good. I prepared most of the basic materials myself, but using Ctrip saved me some hassle of running errands and translations. Overall, it was a good experience, and the visa application went smoothly as long as I prepared the required documents.

Sabah is great! It's just that the connecting flights are a bit much. A direct flight would be fantastic! I hope Ctrip can be more user-friendly and allow extended independent travel without time restrictions.
