The service was simply superb. We had a guide, Viesna, with us, and he explained everything in great detail. It's clear he loves his city and country, as we explored every nook and cranny. We were given a bottle of cold water at each stop, and chilled towels were provided on the way back to the bus. Lunch at the waterfalls was simple but delicious: barbecued chicken rice, spring rolls, and fruit. On the way back, we were treated to pineapple. In a village where they make muffins, we were treated to some.

The buffet had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I thought the best part was the fairy dance performance; the costumes were gorgeous, and it lasted about 40 minutes. The atmosphere was fantastic. The service was also good, and the staff were very friendly.

The performance was so-so, and the food was similar to breakfast at a 4-5 star hotel, though still enough to fill you up. Drinks are charged separately. Finally, I suggest Ctrip also send out the VIP tickets for the middle section, as seating inside isn't free; tickets purchased through Ctrip only allow you to sit on the sides or at the back.

The dining environment is elegant, and the Khmer food is authentic and delicious. The Apsara dance performance is stunning—graceful moves, gorgeous costumes and traditional music fully show the charm of Khmer culture. The service is warm and thoughtful.
