Was a beautiful experience with Maria Rita and her husband Giuseppe they meet us right near the market unbelievable fresh produce, spices , fish and much more sampled some of the Sicilian street foods and Maria Rita explained a lot of the spices to us Then proceeded to their home where my wife and Maria made pasta. We then had a lovely lunch in their beautiful home. If you want to experience true Sicilian culture I would recommend this tour. I think few couples or a family would make it even more fun. Ciao

Our guide Nunzio was funny and entertaining. The tour went around the island, we visited the caves and Nunzio returned us back safely despite a windy November day. We thank Syracuse Excursion for arranging an earlier sailing for us as we were early arriving at the meeting point. We had a great time!

We had the most incredible morning with Maria Rita. It was just the three of us, so she was able to accommodate our request for pasta, pasta and more pasta! It was fun, the food we cooked (and ate) was delicious, and I feel like I could do it all again at home. She's such a clear, helpful teacher. She didn't just let us do it wrong to make us feel good, she really taught us how to make it properly, which was exactly what we hoped for. Cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Thank you!
