Booking this on Trip.com provides a very good service. If you have any questions, you can directly give feedback to the customer service and get a timely reply. The group is an English group. Except that we are all foreigners, the tour guide is also a local tour guide. It is still difficult to walk on the glacier. The guide provided good professional guidance before the hike, the scenery was really beautiful but it was cold and the weather changed very quickly★

We absolutely loved this excursion. Our guide Elle was fantastic. We definitely recommend both him and the excursion. Our group had all adults but we saw other groups with kids and some with elder adults. The walk to and from the glacier was so worth the experience. ★

This was our first outing in Iceland and it was AWESOME! Julia was our tour guide and you could tell she REALLY loves what she does, which made it that much more enjoyable. Her nuggets of information about glaciers were super helpful to really envision what we were hiking on and she paced the tour to the level of hikers in our group perfectly. She is even a great photographer and offered to take pictures of us and gave us plenty of time to take photos. The tour and company itself seem super well organized and friendly.
