A full and interesting day. Very well organised from pick up at tge Cruise terminal to drop off. The guide was very informative, explaining local history and significance of sights. We visited 3 villages: first to a local pottery, then an art and craft (weaving) showroom and exhibit, finally a traditional and functioning Sasak village. The tour included a substantial Indonesian lunch at Kuta Beach followed by a leisurely afternoon of swimming and relaxation at the secluded Tanjung Beach with white sand and beautifully calm, warm water, ideal for children and non-swimmers as well as those who are better swimmers. Ample provision for those who wanted to go surfing (you have to go out in a boat to catch the waves outside the cove). Would definitely recommend this a stress free relaxing way to sample Lombok Island.

The price was not inclusive we were forced to tip extra guides and for entry to a temple. We went to a weaving centre and the guide there said we had to tip him. Each person that we had contact with said we had to tip. We paid just under $200.00 CDN for the tour and of course we also tipped the tour operator at the end. I would try to just get a last minute tour at the cruise dock. Other people went to more places and paid $35.00USD. We didn’t see a beach by the way.

Firman and Yunanda were amazing taking us to see some of the highlights in South Lombok. This was the first tour where we felt we truly made two new friends in Lombok. They were very accommodating and amusing. They were always helpful and giving us the time we need at each place and recommending how to do certain things. If you want to explore South Lombok with this tour, Firman and Yunanda are your guys!

A good excursion showing us different aspects of life in Lombok Quite a bit of driving though so it was a pleasant relief when we got to the waterfall and was able to stretch our legs and have a pleasant leisurely lunch
