When traveling to Seoul, South Korea, remember that the AREX Airport Express trains are yellow. Also, it's normal for Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to be quite far apart. When you purchase your ticket through TripAdvisor, you'll receive a QR code. It's recommended to use the QR code at the ticket counter, not with your phone (the scanner isn't very sensitive), and instead use the digital key associated with the code for faster ticket issuance. You can enter the platform 30 minutes before departure. The elevator that goes directly down to the 7th basement level is faster; using the escalator will waste a lot of time.
