Change tickets in advance, it's almost time to queue up at the pier. What location is arranged in advance, and someone will lead you in.
There is a menu to choose from, there is white water, no soft drinks, drinks need to pay extra.

Must try when arriving in Sydney. The boat is a little dated but I think staffs are doing the best they can. There will live music on the boat
