Me and mum went together, we had no idea what to expect, but this experience was the highlight of our whole trip in annecy so. our guide Yohan had so much patience, especially when my mum was going slow, he kept checking in and making sure she was alright. he encouraged the while group to try all the jumps and flips, it was wonderful. we had an exceptional time!

Great to be able to use on all kinds of transport and most tourist sights. Major problems with system. Once you have paid you have to wait for a qr code. Mine didn’t come by email as promised. Caused a problem for first link from airport. Had to phone for the code and when it came then had to travel to the tourist office in town centre to activate. After that all went well
