Reviews: Mozzarella Experience - Cheese Tour and tastings to Masseria Fragnite
Guest User2024-09-14
Daniela took us on a wonderful tour of her family farm where they have lots of cows! We learned how mozzarella, burrata, cacciocavallo and canestrata are made and saw a demonstration of the fillatura process which was amazing. This was then concluded with a very generous tasting picnic of wine, water, cheese, ham and some lovely jams and figs. Mozzarella from the supermarket just can’t compete with this experience.

It was so good because I can know more about the background of this little cute Trulli . When I look at them, I feel more adorable with the knowledge of the history and architecture It’s really worthy!
